Join us for friendly, organized, newbie-oriented, Coach-led soccer on premium intown turf fields. Sign up on your own as an Individual, and invite friends to play on the same team if you'd like. Choose Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 (details below).

*Schedule Note: Locations and times for each week's sessions may vary, and will be assigned based on current field availability. If you can't make some weeks, no worries - we email practice session recaps to everyone.

WHO IS BEGINNERS ONLY FOR?

- People who have never played soccer before
- People who have tried soccer but only briefly or a long time ago
- People who want to get exercise and learn a new sport
- Anyone who wants to make new friends

We designed our Beginners Only program specifically for folks new to the game, with very little experience, or who might otherwise feel nervous to try. You are literally not allowed to be good (if you accidentally are, we'll recommend a better level or league fit and transfer your registration). You're guaranteed to be amongst others just as inexperienced, and we bet you'll meet nice people too.



This is a strict no-judgment, no-embarrassment zone for people who want to learn the game and build their confidence, and we will ensure it remains that way! Beginners Only is about supporting and encouraging fellow players, not winning.

🐣 HOW DOES LEVEL 1 WORK?

Level 1 is an introduction to the rules and fundamentals of soccer. Includes a combination of warmups, skills & drills, strategy, and scrimmages.

Weeks 1-7: 80 minutes, Coach-led practices
Week 8: 55 minutes, Coach-led scrimmage and social

🐀 HOW DOES LEVEL 2 WORK?

Level 2 is a continuation of the fundamentals and skills acquired in Level 1, plus more game play. Includes both practices and games, alternating weekly. Games will be low stakes (no standings or champions), with a supportive atmosphere (our Coaches and Field Managers are at the field to help) and no goalkeepers (we use waist-height goals).

Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7: 80 minutes, Coach-led practices
Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8: 55 minutes, Coach-refereed games

Level 3 combines all the fundamentals and skills acquired in Level 1 and 2 into a deeper game experience. Games will be low stakes (no standings or champions), with a supportive atmosphere (our Coaches and Field Managers are at the field to help) and no goalkeepers (we use waist-height goals). We strongly recommend completing at least Level 1 or 2 before joining this level.

Week 1: 55 minutes, Coach-led scrimmage and social
Weeks 2-8: 55 minutes, Coach-refereed games
